Telecom Wired and Wireless

This is a very specific technical regulation category for all Russian Area Countries and has specific regulations for each country, making it quite confusing.

• There is NO telecom regulation in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan
• Telecom in Kazakhstan is part of Safety & EMC approval process, but NO separate telecom certificate is required
• Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine have specific Telecom approval processes and certificate/declaration requirements

In any cases appropriate FCC or ETSI EN, radio and EMC test reports should be included in the submittal package.

Additionally, each country has its own frequency allocation, that is very closed, but should be accounted for during application and import phases.
